We aimed to help the startup to gain attention so they could start creating a change in the way the people live by becoming a Travelling Tradie.

The Challenge
Travelling Tradies was a startup that had yet to enter the market successfully as having just finished their first trip to Brazil which was a success but apart from the group of Tradies many people didn’t understand or know the idea of Travelling Tradies.
The founder Adam Valastro had an emotional story behind why he had started Travelling Tradies but the target audience of Tradies aren’t used to interacting which such raw emotions in a public place.
The idea of being Travelling Tradie could be misinterpreted by many Tradies and Venues due to the brand being a startup.
The Solution
We started with a very different approach as this was a startup that was targeting an audience that was not completely aware of the problem or solution. We started diving into the Tradie persona, culture & psychology to understand how to connect & communicate to create strong relationships.
After the use of focus groups and questionaries, it was the problem was across the industry but something that was not openly spoken about so we developed a strategy across social media that initially focused on the positive aspects of being a Tradie & how that can be converted into a Travelling Tradie through the use of curiosity we had great success to break into the market.
We worked on creating stunning visuals and captions that would have our audience intrigued to find out more which lead to a huge amount of attention across social media and even being featured on Sunrise (Channel 7)!

After seeing a level of success we had decided to challenge the boundaries by hitting the pain points that many Tradies face which started building a greater level of connection and a greater number of organic leads
