REFUND, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

 

OVERVIEW

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange for change of mind returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Note: Services provided by Interlunar Media are exempt from the refund & returns policy but see below for the “REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY (FOR SERVICES)“.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Services provided by Interlunar Media

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at krishna@interlunarmedia.com and send your item back to us.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

 REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY (FOR SERVICES):

 
 

All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund
policy prior to making a payment.

Interlunar Media is a marketing agency that provides
marketing services of the highest quality. Our goal as a marketing agency is to
bring the highest value for each dollar spent by our clients, and in order to
help us in that vision, we need to ensure operations run smoothly. Therefore,
we require payments to be made on time with respect to the services offered to
the client.

THIS IS OUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AND BY WORKING
WITH INTERLUNAR MEDIA FOR SERVICES YOU ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU
AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR POLICIES UNLESS STATED IN YOUR CONTRACT AGREEMENT.

Web Development:

Web design and development projects require extensive
resources, time and incur internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or
deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project gets cancelled, delayed or
postponed by the CLIENT, then all money paid will be retained by Interlunar Media
and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the CLIENT for all
work completed beyond what was already paid for. No exceptions.

Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, &
Internet Marketing

Payments for Search Engine Optimization, Social Media
Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if
a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no
exceptions to our refund policy.

Setup Fees:

Setup fees are applied directly to expenses incurred by
Interlunar Media in the setup phase of any SEO or Internet Marketing campaigns
and are non-refundable.

Chargebacks:

We normally ask for a client credit card or payment info so
that we can charge the client card for services provided or we may also send an
invoice so that you can pay. Claiming that you didn’t provide your card info or
that you are not aware of such charges is illegal and fraudulent.

If any chargeback or payment dispute is caused by the client
to a bank or credit card company, then client services and/or projects will be
suspended and in some cases, all work will be undone (reversed) without notice.
Furthermore, the amount of the chargeback fee will be issued to the client (to
recover any fees passed on to us by the credit card company).

In Addition, any outstanding balances accrued as a result of
the chargeback(s) will have to be paid in full before we restore service,
deliver any files, or commence any work.

BE MORE THAN HELP TO YOU.

Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid
charge from us is fraud. Chargebacks are never a legal or appropriate means of
obtaining a refund. All disputes will be challenged by our legal team with
sufficient evidence from our records.

Website Hosting

All hosting payments whether present or past months are
non-refundable. Web hosting accounts are set up from the date of your order and
are allotted a limited amount of server resources depending on the plan you
purchased.

If the client opens a hosting account but does not use it,
payment will still be due. Hosting billing cycles continue until a cancellation
notice is received in writing from the CLIENT.

Account Suspension

All hosting payments that are 20 days past due will trigger
an account suspension. Hosting paid up to 12 months in advance and cancelled
before the expiration date will be refunded for the months not yet elapsed.

Interlunarmedia.com reserves the right to disable and/or
terminate a user’s account, services, or contract if a user is found in
violation of our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violations will
not be refunded.

ABOUT REFUNDS / NO REFUNDS

Once we have begun service or labour on your project,
accounts, orders, etc, we do not issue refunds for any reason.

All services are offered at the client’s own risk: no
guarantees, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.

Interlunar Media and its affiliates, subsidiaries and
vendors cannot and will not be responsible or liable for your monetary
investment or loss in any way.

We do not know of a single PPC or digital advertisement
provider that offers refunds on ads, clicks, budget, etc. Once you have spent
money for ads on Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc, you will almost
certainly never see that money returned again, for any reason, no matter how
compelling or justifiable your case may seem. The companies mentioned here are
global titans, they and many others like them simply will not be swayed when it
comes to refunding requests or service issues, including but not limited to
loss of investment or loss of business or unexpectedly high charges for click
costs and placements.

DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES & EXPECTED RESULTS:

We absolutely do not guarantee results in any way.

Most professional marketers and marketing agencies do not
guarantee results.

To re-phrase a quote from Frank Kern: “Your results will
vary and depend on many factors … All business entails risk as well as massive
and consistent effort and action. If you’re not willing to accept that, please
DO NOT [contract with us for marketing services]”

Google forbids marketing agencies from guaranteeing ranking
or listing results and discourages users from working with agencies that
provide guarantees. For an example, Google’s statement here which says “Beware
of SEOs that claim to guarantee rankings“.

The same principle applies to all other entities (ad
platforms and publishers) and services (PPC, advertisements, email marketing,
etc).

This is not our opinion but the best summary regarding a
guarantee in the Marketing industry comes from Forbes, Where it states: “Making
guarantees about something you cannot control carries inherent ethical
problems” and about the client: “If you have to ask about a guarantee, you
probably aren’t ready to be a client because you aren’t financially stable
enough to make the investment” “Potential clients seeking guarantees raise two
major red flags: a. their own credibility b. the nature of your relationship
with them.” The article (by Josh Steimle)

We work with clients to increase their sales, revenue and
profitability while in most cases we achieve exceptional results but the
systems, people and corporations utilised in marketing, sales and business are
beyond our control.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

•             We can’t
force Google, Facebook or any other ad platform or publisher to list or show
your ad in any particular position, rank, or order;

•             We can’t
make people see, or watch your ad, listing, offer, services or product;

•             We can’t
compel people to like your ad, listing, offer, services or product even if they
do see it;

•             We can’t
make them click on the ad or the link if they see or like it;

•             Once they
click, we can’t make them like your website or anything they see on it;

•             We can’t
prevent them from leaving your website;

•             We can’t
make them accept your offer, product or service in any way, including opt-ins,
calls, contacts or purchases, even if they have seen it and liked it;

•             Most
importantly of all, even if someone gets this far, and likes and wants whatever
you have to offer them: we can’t make them pay you;

We offer this information as a best-effort suggestion to
help you understand and control your rights and/or options.

No assurances, guarantees or warranties are provided

Monthly Marketing Plans Cancellation Policy

Successful Interlunar Media clients on an ongoing monthly
marketing plan may cancel their plan, with 28 days prior written notice.
Interlunar Media does not refund partial month payments. Cancellation only
applies after the 28-day cancellation waiting period is over. Clients will be
charged for any work done during the 28 cancellation period. Interlunar Media
does not guarantee sales generated from any client advertising campaign.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right for our company to make exceptions and
issue refunds or credits at their sole discretion only.

We reserve the right to state special terms on a contractual
agreement with a client if required.
