Amali Skin Organics had an amazing product loved by all their customers who had heard about it from a connection but found it difficult to gain the trust of new consumers who had never used Amali Skin.  

The brand had winning products that were truly changing the skincare space but due to the product being a new organic brand this created a major challenge for consumers to make the switch from the current product to Amali Skin. 

The Solution

We started with a complete analysis & strategy preparation by understanding the current customer demographics & the psychology of who they fell in love with the brand as this was an essential part of understanding that most customers had been buying skincare products that are harmful because they don’t know where or who to turn to.

We got straight to work to create a newly re-designed website and new content that would provide value to customers & help them be educated on the brand & products.  

We created a Skincare Quiz (Check it out – Skincare Quiz) which had an incredible response (over 500 responses) from new consumers who had never heard of the brand and the quiz helped convert many visitors into sales for the brand.

We developed an innovative paid advertising strategy that positioned Amali Skin differently from other Ecommerce companies as we focused on creating a range of visual content & copywriting from different angles which challenged the way the industry works and resulted in connecting with various types of customers & sales. 

We had started to manage the overall brand marketing where we started to be creative in how we maximise each element such as email marketing, content, Ads, Influencer marketing, etc.

We created a new Influencer marketing strategy that hadn’t been used in this space which created great conversions and sales for the brand using paid advertising.

We have been able to achieve an ROI of 8x ($8 earned for each $1 spent) for a brand in comparison to a negative ROI in the past.
